Mr. Mueller is an established professional who has held executive senior-level positions for both private and public traded companies during his 30 plus years career. For the past 15 years, Todd has worked as a fractional CFO for various client companies. He has provided his talents to build highly effective financial processes and procedures to handle rapid growth, provide disciplines and leadership, and raise the appropriate financial capital to provide stability during all stages of the company’s life. In addition, Mr. Mueller is adept at providing projected financial, valuation, and cash management modeling that supports strategic executive management of the company for day-to-day and a projected future. Mr. Daniel Claycamp is the Chief Executive Officer for Astra Holcomb Systems Inc. and past Vice President of Operations for GenCanna Global USA. He is an experienced professional with over 34 years of experience providing executive management for engineering, construction, environmental, and operational activities on several food-grade grain milling, food processing, biofuels, hemp, and cannabis facilities. He has also managed and developed supply chain platforms from suppliers to customers that have met and exceeded company visions, goals, and objectives, all focusing on being environmentally friendly and green. Through his 34 years of experience managing several large-scale construction projects, he has gained a deep knowledge of AC and DC electrical design parameters for electrical transformers, switchgear, controls, and motors in either alternating or direct current applications and high, medium, and low voltage design applications. Dan is also a seasoned expert in reviewing and identifying opportunities for process improvements on proposed and current technologies in the food manufacturing and biotechnology industries. As the past Chief Operating Officer of MOR Technology, Dan was crucial in the intellectual property development of fractionation and supercritical extraction technologies and has authored or coauthored 7 United States patents. Mr. Claycamp is currently a board member and director for Greenspot Biomedical located in Peru and is an advisory board member for Green Hygienics Holdings Inc. located in Poway, CA. He began his pharmaceutical career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where he became Vice President of Sales and Human Resources and managed the largest expansion in Pfizer’s sales force in history. Shortly after that, SmithKline Beecham recruited Mr. Racz to manage over 4,000 employees in 20 countries throughout Asia, Latin America, Australia, and South Africa in sales, marketing, and research and development. Mr. Racz was also a key member of the team responsible for orchestrating the unparalleled transcontinental merger of SmithKline and Beecham.
In 2002, Mr. Racz was recruited by Novartis Pharmaceuticals as Senior Vice President of North America. In this capacity, he delivered strategy and resource allocation for an $8 billion health care company. He oversaw 14,000 global employees in Pharmaceutical Operations, Global Oncology, Manufacturing, and R&D. Mr. Racz was also Senior Vice President for Mona Vie Inc. (“Mona Vie”), the fastest-growing private company in the food and beverage industry, incorporated in 2003 with annual sales in excess of $942 million and growth of over 100% per quarter over a three year period. In addition, Mr. Racz has served on various boards of both private and public companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer brands, and CBD space. His primary areas of expertise reside in aligning business strategy with operational strategy, management systems, and merger and acquisition-related activities. David also served as a Medical Service Corp Officer in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Major, and was awarded numerous times for service and merit. Mr. Mathur currently serves as Scientific Advisor for several premier cannabis and hemp-based operations where he directs efforts on cannabis molecular breeding, designed at the development of pure-line hybrid cultivars with defined chemical profiles tailored for specific therapeutic medical applications. Eric also focuses on high bioavailability drug delivery methods to facilitate medical applications of cannabis products. His expertise and knowledge traverses’ genome sciences, molecular biology, environmental microbiology, plant-microbe interactions, metagenomics, enzyme & drug discovery, plant domestication, and applied biotechnology. Eric’s career spans over 40 years in basic and applied biotechnology with a focus on translational science. He entered the San Diego biotechnology arena early, in 1983, as the founder of Stratagene, where he discovered and commercialized Pfu DNA polymerase, which is still a mainstay enzyme used in the PCR industry. After a nine-year tenure, Mathur was recruited to become the first employee of Diversa Corporation, which later achieved the largest biotech IPO of the time, raising $200MM in 2001. Following 14 years with Diversa, Mathur was recruited to start Craig Venter’s company Synthetic Genomics, where he led research efforts in microbial enhanced hydrocarbon recovery sponsored by BP. He also spearheaded the genome sequencing and annotation of the oil palm genome for Genting Berhad and established a platform for plant growth-promoting bacteria which led to the spinout, Agradis, and subsequent Monsanto acquisition. Eric’s interests then turned to plant genomics and crop domestication. He worked as Chief Scientific Officer for several companies including Yulex Corporation and SG Biofuels, GreenKiss NY and Cultivation Technologies Inc., and more recently Tilt Holdings, where he applied modern genomic tools and plant molecular breeding methods to accelerate plant productivity. His work culminated in dramatic yield improvements in two sustainable crops; Guayule for natural rubber production, and Jatropha for biodiesel.
