Here’s how our last few years have gone:
Founder Ron Loudoun, acquires an existing public company shell intending to establish a science-driven enterprise focused on cultivating, formulation, and widespread manufacturing of premium health-focused organic hemp products. Green Hygienics is officially born.
Green Hygienics secures registration for industrial hemp cultivation as a grower from the County of San Diego Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures.
Green Hygienics acquires 824-acre Potrero Ranch hemp cultivation facility, including existing greenhouse potential of 400,000 sq ft., located at 1876 Round Potrero Road, Potrero, California. Name changes to Sol Valley Ranch.
Green Hygienics expands management team and advisory board to spearhead key business strategies, with the additions of COO Kyle MacKinnon, and David Racz as Advisor for his impressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Sol Valley Ranch granted USDA Certified Organic certification for crops, making it the largest single USDA Certified Organic industrial hemp farm in the United States of America.
The Company is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) pursuant to the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act to provide product efficacy to the Pharmaceutical industry and consumers alike, bringing safe and consistent products to the market and instilling consumer confidence.
Sol Valley Ranch granted USDA Certified Organic: Handling (Simple Post Harvest 7 CFR Part 205) for the cultivation and post-harvest processing of industrial hemp by the CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) for its Sol Valley Ranch property, after meeting the CCOF/USDA guidelines for quality and consistency for cultivation, harvest, and processing.
Green Hygienics welcomes Dan Claycamp to the Advisory Board to provide invaluable guidance on hemp extraction, refinement, crystallization, and remediation technologies as the Company rolls out plans for its in-house processing division.
Green Hygienics closes on the acquisition of Castillo Seeds LLC. assets, forming the basis for the company’s genetics division. The assets include seed inventories, thousands of stock plants, an established genetics portfolio, and greenhouse and seed production equipment.
Green Hygienics creates a new Financial Advisory Board to include Dylan Piccolo. He will provide valuable guidance on the Company’s financial management, including debt and capital market activities, as well as managing banking relationships and corporate financing strategies required to bring Green Hygienics from the development stage to large-scale commercial production.
Green Hygienics closes on the acquisition of two hemp cigarette brands American Hemp and Diablo, providing 1.67 million packs ready for immediate distribution, launching the Company’s smokables division to provide tobacco and nicotine-free alternatives to traditional cigarettes in efforts to help consumers reduce the adverse health effects and premature deaths associated with tobacco use.
Green Hygienics launches TruLife Labs LLC. a nutraceutical processing and manufacturing company focusing on research-based extraction, purification, and fractionation of cannabinoids using state-of-the-art proprietary methodologies.
Green Hygienics executes agreement with CINVESTAV, a leading Mexico state-owned academic research institution, to advance research targeting endocannabinoid system (ECS) deficiencies, aligning with TruLIfe Biotech LLC.
Green Hygienics becomes a proud new member of the 1% for the Planet program, contributing 1% of sales to environmental causes and aligning with goals of contributing to the planet’s health. The 1% for the Planet program is a global movement inspiring businesses and individuals to support environmental nonprofits through annual membership and everyday actions.
Green Hygienics engages Keramida to begin preliminary steps towards an ESG report under SASB guidelines, providing transparent environmental, social, and governance information to investors and stakeholders.
Green Hygienics signs Exclusive Sales and Distribution Agreement with Inter Cargo and ABA Cargo, to distribute the Company’s full suite line of premium CBD products and a hemp smokable line. Inter Cargo and ABA Cargo are connected to 37 main chain stores, 18 chains of department stores and 49 specialized chains. All together they contribute to 32,192 points of sale in Mexico alone, with additional active relationships in several other Latin American countries.
Green Hygienics Advisor David Racz is appointed as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Distribution, further utilizing his vast experience to expand upon Green Hygienics sales and distribution.
Green Hygienics is pleased to be the first industrial hemp company in the U.S. to announce the publication an Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) Report using the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) framework. This inaugural report demonstrates the Company’s goal to set the benchmark in the industry and advance a more sustainable future through three distinct areas: economic viability, eco-responsibility and social equity.
