He has maintained a longstanding interest in communicating the need for and sourcing new methods for conscious-minded development and growth. He is the Founder and CEO of Green Hygienics Holdings Inc., a bold and burgeoning venture, positioning the company at the forefront of providing the medical, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries with high-quality hemp-derived cannabinoids. Recognized as an astute and persuasive negotiator, Mr. Loudoun has a reputation for honesty and integrity and can successfully balance the risks of continual change and innovation through disciplined implementation. He possesses an excellent background in new business development, multi-site operations, performance quality and improvement, and product branding and creation. Distinguished as a meticulous, methodical, hands-on leader, Mr. Loudoun has been the catalyst for advancement in many business ventures.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mueller is an established professional who has held executive senior-level positions for both private and public traded companies during his 30 plus years career. For the past 15 years, Todd has worked as a fractional CFO for various client companies. He has provided his talents to build highly effective financial processes and procedures to handle rapid growth, provide disciplines and leadership, and raise the appropriate financial capital to provide stability during all stages of the company’s life. In addition, Mr. Mueller is adept at providing projected financial, valuation, and cash management modeling that supports strategic executive management of the company for day-to-day and a projected future. He is regarded as a highly analytical decision-maker, experienced in building companies, along with a proven history of generating corporate productivity. Mr. Mueller has secured over $300 million in public offerings and over $100 million in private placement offerings with full knowledge of Registration Statements and Private Placement documents and the required reporting, respectively.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. MacKinnon has a multi-faceted and in-depth understanding of the CBD industry, including a vast knowledge of cannabis processing. As COO, Kyle maintains all areas of day-to-day business operations at Green Hygienics. With over 20 years of sales and management experience, Kyle is well suited to drive business development, maintain administrative efforts, deliver superior and sustainable product lines, and has provided a discerning platform for rapid growth. Previously, as the Business Development Manager for Advanced Extraction Systems, a leader in CO2 supercritical fluid extraction systems, Kyle built relationships with some of the largest cannabis companies in the world and helped to guide the company through multiple expansions and regulatory challenges in the technology and processing sectors of the cannabis industry. This firsthand knowledge and experience have become invaluable in supporting Green Hygienics in developing its own processing capabilities.
Senior VP of Global Sales and Business Development
Mr. Racz has held global, senior-level positions with distinguished pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, and Novartis. He began his pharmaceutical career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where he became Vice President of Sales and Human Resources and managed the largest expansion in Pfizer’s sales force in history. Shortly after that, SmithKline Beecham recruited Mr. Racz to manage over 4,000 employees in 20 countries throughout Asia, Latin America, Australia, and South Africa in sales, marketing, and research and development. Mr. Racz was also a key member of the team responsible for orchestrating the unparalleled transcontinental merger of SmithKline and Beecham.
In 2002, Mr. Racz was recruited by Novartis Pharmaceuticals as Senior Vice President of North America. In this capacity, he delivered strategy and resource allocation for an $8 billion health care company. He oversaw 14,000 global employees in Pharmaceutical Operations, Global Oncology, Manufacturing, and R&D. Mr. Racz was also Senior Vice President for Mona Vie Inc. (“Mona Vie”), the fastest-growing private company in the food and beverage industry, incorporated in 2003 with annual sales in excess of $942 million and growth of over 100% per quarter over a three year period. In addition, Mr. Racz has served on various boards of both private and public companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer brands, and CBD space. His primary areas of expertise reside in aligning business strategy with operational strategy, management systems, and merger and acquisition-related activities. David also served as a Medical Service Corp Officer in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Major, and was awarded numerous times for service and merit. He earned his BS from Wayne State University and his MS from Troy University.
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development
John Gildea has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private markets. His expertise includes structuring, negotiating, and effecting private and public financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as marketing and investor relations. Through his career, Gildea established a trusted and extensive network of equity and capital partners, with whom he has maintained successful and proven relationships over the years, resulting in multiple up-listings to higher exchanges and capital raises.
Dr. Francesca Serraino
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Francesca Serraino Fiory was born and raised in Rome, Italy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and her master’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Rome, La Sapienza. After obtaining a PhD in Material Engineering for her work on alternative energy sources, she began her career in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in Regulatory and Medical Affairs at Pfizer, she went on to head the department at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Care. From there, Perrigo recruited her to serve as Regulatory, Quality, and Medical Affairs Director. During a career that spanned two decades of side-by-side work with European Health Authorities and the FDA, she developed a keen knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, medicinal products, herbals, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements. Dr. Fiory is also a certified holistic health practitioner in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a Certified Nutritional Consultant, Clinical Master Herbalist, and Clinical Aromatherapist. She currently resides in Carlsbad, California where she lives with her husband while following her passion for Eastern Medicine and its philosophy of preventative versus curative approaches to personal well-being. She currently attends the DACM program at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego to become a Doctor in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Her firsthand and inside experience with both Eastern and Western Medicine has led her to cultivate a 360-degree perspective on the best practices for achieving and maintaining optimum health.
Mr. Slyker is a motivated, professional entrepreneur in the cannabis industry with eight years of expertise in various extraction and refinement techniques at scale and purification, separation, and isolation of various compounds in cannabis. His reputation and dedication have led him to worldwide industry leaders like Carredi Supercritical and Alden Botanicals, where he was involved in developing new state-of-the-art improvements in technology. Mr. Slyker’s critical thinking skills and attention to detail in inefficiencies and lean manufacturing made him the perfect candidate for Director of Extraction at Gencanna Global. Scott and his team have managed several facility improvements and buildouts with optimization while staying cGMP compliant in Oregon, California, Nevada, Kentucky, and South Carolina. As one of the first employees at Gencanna Global, he played a major role in developing many processes with Standard Operating Procedures on maintaining genetics, drying biomass, extraction, refinement, and isolate process. While working at Gencanna, Mr. Slyker created products that were sold to top CBD brands like Medterra, My Daily Choice, Blue Moon Hemp, Hempworx, Green Roads, and many others. In 2012 Mr. Slykers Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Desperate to help his father, Scott chose to dedicate his time to studying and researching the health benefits of the cannabis plant in hopes of helping his dad have a better quality of life. After many hours and years of extensive research and hands-on experience, he is still focused on a cure to help his father and others alike.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Palumbo is an active entrepreneur with a highly creative and assertive “lead by example” management style, combined with a heart for helping people through business and charitable initiatives. He has extensive experience with starting companies in entertainment, charity, live streaming, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Development and Internet marketing. Before founding Y!RM, Jeff helped to start, fund, and build the successful tech company Wantsa Inc. (www.wantsa.com, a.k.a. United Media Partners), a deal origination and syndication platform for enterprise companies, where he was instrumental in the growth of the company as an executive. Among the companies he has helped to establish are I.M.E.C.A. (Incubator for Music, Entertainment and creative arts), which assisted Detroit-area music entrepreneurs; Printorweb.com, a business solutions provider; Free Pickles, a daily deals site; OverFlowParking.com, ParkItAll.com (parking marketplace), TextFans.com (an enterprise SMS Platform) and Performance Accelerator or P.A.X. a portfolio of dozens of SAAS solutions for businesses in one white-labeled hosted solutions for business networks. Mr. Palumbo’s entrepreneurial work is not strictly limited to business and marketing solutions. He also has a history of philanthropic leadership, co-founding the Believe for Boey Foundation in 2007, a non-profit to aid families suffering from pediatric cancer. In 2009, he founded the non-profit KIDlanthropy to assist parents, teachers, and leaders raise philanthropic children. Jeff has been a mentor with Lighthouse Labs (ranked among the top 10 Business incubators in the U.S.A.) for the last four years. Recently Mr. Palumbo joined Start-up Virginia as a mentor as well. Jeff’s work in marketing, his vast knowledge of technology, and his passion for charity have led to his success in creating multiple platforms that empower publishers and merchants and engage consumers. This experience is brought in full force to Green Hygienics.
Corporate Communications Officer
Ms. Heidi Thomasen is instrumental in driving the dialogue that helps the Green Hygienics leadership team communicate the progress and value of Green Hygienics as it moves forward. She leads the development and implementation of the organization’s internal and external communications, manages public relations and branding in line with Green Hygienics’ vision and strategy, and drives and executes digital communications. With over 15 years of experience assisting in the growth and success of several small start-ups in the health industry, including her own, Heidi effectively executes on the Company’s corporate communication priorities and values. As Green Hygienics becomes an essential contributor in the hemp industry, Heidi’s assistance in building a trusted brand in the sector and within the eyes of the Company’s investors will be critical to Green Hygienics’ future success.
