Advisory Board Member

Cary Sucoff has over 30 years of securities industry experience. Mr. Sucoff currently owns and operates Equity Source Partners, LLC an advisory and consulting firm. He has participated in the financing of hundreds of public and private companies.

Mr. Sucoff currently serves on the following Boards of Directors: Contrafect Corp., (CFRX), engaged in the development of new treatments for infectious diseases utilizing proprietary antibody and lysin technology;
Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. (LEAI), provides educational training seminars, conferences, and services in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and internationally;

First Wave Technologies, Inc.; brings to the commercial market new and innovative medical device technologies;
Galimedix Therapeutics, Inc. – pursuing small molecule breakthrough licensed from Tel Aviv University working on potentially revolutionary treatments for Glaucoma and Dry Age-related Macular Degeneration.

In addition, Mr. Sucoff currently serves as a consultant to Sapience Therapeutics, Inc., an early stage Biotech company focusing on Glioblastoma.

Mr. Sucoff, a former New York City prosecutor is the Past President of New England Law/Boston and has been a member of its Board of Trustees for over 25 years. He is Chairman of the Endowment Committee.

Mr. Sucoff received a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton (1974) and a J.D. from New England School of Law (1977) where he was the Managing Editor of the Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Sucoff has been a member of the Bar of the State of New York (now retired) since 1978.

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Kolenik has a forty year history working in positions involving all areas of securities trading and management with retail brokerage firms, equities and management of trading desk personnel and investment banking.

Mr. Kolenik is currently the President of Cyndel and Company, an advisory consulting company, and is a General Partner in Huntington Laurel Partners, a hedge fund. Prior to this he held a variety of roles at Sherwood Securities where he progressed to Chairman and CEO. Mr. Kolenik was also the President of WinCapital Corporation, a full service brokerage firm.

He has served as a board member for Sherwood Securities, Paradigm Medical, and WinCapital Corporation in the past and currently serves on the board for SpendSmart Payments Company and Premier Alliance Group.

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Frank is a persuasive and successful lawyer and real estate advisor and developer, with extensive knowledge and experience in both industries. He is the founder of multiple businesses that he also manages and has contributed to the innovation and expansion of their success. With thirty years of experience in law, Ron is known for providing superior service and representing clients in a wide variety of complex disputes by being strategic, efficient, and effective in his proceedings. In both 2004 and 2005, he was selected by the Texas Lawyer as a “Rising Star” and has represented large corporations in the aviation industry such as Delta, Southwest Airlines, and US Airways. Ron is also immersed in real estate, turning distressed properties into immense assets, handling all levels of the project transformation, from financing, design, construction, and leasing, to management and sales. Mr. Frank holds a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of Houston.
