Our strategic property investments are foundational to our corporate strategy as a real estate-backed business. Green Hygienics’ wholly-owned Sol Valley Ranch is home to North America’s largest USDA Certified Organic hemp farm. Additionally, we are currently developing TruLife Labs LLC, which will feature a state-of-the-art post-processing facility designed under FDA approval.

Sol Valley Ranch

Green Hygienics’ Flagship Property

Sol Valley Ranch is the largest single-use USDA Certified Organic farm in the North American Hemp Industry, featuring 824 acres and 392,000 sq. ft. of greenhouse space combined.

This ranch is situated in an old alpine lake bed, making it ideal for hemp cultivation. It is flat and usable, the soil PH is fitting, the altitude is perfect, and water is abundant with four good wells.

Surrounding mountains shelter the farm on all sides, isolating it from other agriculture and cross-pollination. We can grow our hemp-for-seed with ample acreage, reduce costs for the following years’ crop, and create a potential ancillary revenue stream for the Company.

Why USDA Certified Organic Matters

The farm needed to be USDA Certified Organic for two key reasons:

It’s a barrier to competition
Soil and land sustainability are mandatory within our commitment to responsible agriculture

This certification will also preserve our market share and strategic marketing advantage by labeling and branding the end product as USDA Certified Organic.

As proven in the pharmaceutical industry, consumers prefer medicine derived from trusted sources. We anticipate that consumers will become increasingly educated and conscious of this as the industry matures.

Highly Productive, Sustainable, and Valuable

Sol Valley’s 28 steel greenhouses are long and narrow, ideal for drying large quantities of industrial hemp while ensuring exceptional product quality. Having a large indoor drying facility is a significant advantage, allowing the Company to produce higher quality hemp and avoid the risks of drying crops outside.

A diligent group of agri-tech experts, farmers, and harvest crews dedicate immense effort to cultivating the land and caring for the ranch.

Leading Production Capacity and Certifiability

Our future post-processing facility will be developed under some of the most stringent certification standards, including FDA Approval. Green Hygienics intends to develop novel formulations and target bio-delivery technologies, solving issues of stability, pharmacokinetics, biological tissue penetration, and bioavailability.
